Once we found the one we wanted she helped us get everything together and negotiated a great price for our "forever" home. We were so fortunate to find such a wonderful house that had everything we wanted in the State College School District and can't thank her enough. Mariam was awesome - and very patient :) - in helping us find the perfect home. We looked at tons of houses, and she was bound and determined to find the right fit for us.
