Ryan made entire buying process easy and enjoyable. He showed me properties in my budget. Once I decided on a place, he got me a good price on property. He was well organized through entire process and answered any questions I had quickly. There were no issues during entire buying process since he was always on top of what should be happening at any give stage.

I know it doesn't normally happen this way, but our previous house went on the market on a Thursday and was sold that Sunday. I believe it had a lot to do with following what Ryan suggested we do in order to sell the house. When it came to buying a house, we were looking in a certain price range. After looking at several houses over the course of a few weeks, we realized that we were looking at more than we could afford. We've bought two houses with Ryan's assistance and sold one. Each time it has been a great experience and it's obvious he really knows the local market. He is very big on communication and has offered excellent advice countless times for a variety of home improvement projects.

Mariam was awesome in working with us. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and told us when we were looking at houses that were overpriced a bit. She was great about finding comps so we could put in a competitive but fair offer, and when it came to negotiations she had our back the entire time! She helped us find a house that was absolutely perfect for us! We couldn't be more happy!!!
