Luckily, Linda and Ryan's team (Mariam) were able to help us out quickly and efficiently, and we didn't have any trouble settling on the house and negotiating with the sellers. Ryan is the BEST! He is so wonderful to work with, very patient and laid back, yet knows exactly what he is doing and can answer any question you have. He will even bring in contractors to get estimates if there is construction you would like to do on a home you are considering buying.
